Nurses with Specialty Certification Can Receive a Differential Pay
What are the requirements to qualify for specialty certification differential?
Certification must be related to the nurse’s primary practice and is subject to Nurse Manager/ Assistant Director/Director of Nursing review for appropriateness.

Per diem RNs who work the equivalent of half time (1040 hours annually) who otherwise meet all eligibility requirements may apply after verification of hours worked.
