WebCT - UCSF online course system

Nursing online courses and training modules are now offered on WebCT. In order to access online courses on WebCT, you need to have a Gallen account.

• You already have a Gallen account

   Log into WebCT

  ...Forgot your login name/password?

  Or

• You need to create a GALEN Account

  You can register for an account from any computer with web access. In order to set up your GALEN Account, you will need to have various pieces of identifying information.

  Identification needed

  • Last 4 digits of your social security number and
  • Your 9-digit employee ID number (appears on your pay statement; note that this is not the number that appears on your picture ID card).
  • Your email address (one you work with frequently that will not be changing in the future, it can be a home or work address)

  When you establish your account, you will set up a login name and password. Remember your login name and password. You will need them every time you use WebCT.
