The Nursing Quality Dashboard

The UCSF Nursing Quality Dashboard provides monthly data for leadership on operational, quality and satisfaction indicators. The indicators to be monitored were chosen with input from the patient care managers, clinical nurse specialists and assistant directors of nursing.

Data are shared with nursing leadership committees on a semi-annual basis. Analysis includes comparison to past performance, improvement strategies that have been implemented and future plans for improvement.
